Auction Terms & Conditions You must have a valid credit card & email address to bid. Only credit card payments made through hibid are permited, no exceptions. Credit card payments are processed after auction close via Currency Pay. All sales are final. All items are sold "as is - where is" with all faults and blemishes and no warranty expressed or implied. It is buyer's responsibilty to determine condition, value, usefullness, functionality, authenticity, and all other factors. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Please review pictures and descriptions before bidding. Contact us with any questions regarding items before bidding. There is a 15% Buyers Premium charged to all purchases. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable purchases unless a valid Texas resale or tax exemption certificate is filed with us *before* the sale. You may email your tax certificate to sales@arwaco.com. We will have an exemption form for you to fill out for our records. Payments will be processed by the next day after the conclusion of auction. The credit card that was used for HiBid registration will be automatically charged once invoices have been created. Payments are processed through currencypay and purchasor will receive "Paid" invoice once payments have been processed. Purchasor will receive "unpaid invoice" if there is an issue processing the credit card payment. Pickup will be Sunday, January 8th from 10AM to 2PM. There will be an alternative pick up time(TBA) for those who do not pick up during the scheduled time listed above. All Items not picked up by the following Friday(6 days after auction close) will be considered abandoned and forfeited. Such items will be disposed of at our discretion without refund to winning bidder. No returns/refunds! Shipping is available on select lots that are marked "Shipping Available." If the lot is not marked as such, there is no shipping available. On most shipping available lots, buyer pays actual shipping plus a $5 handling fee unless item discription states otherwise. Heavier/fragile/larger shipping available items may have higher handling fees, such fees will be noted in item discription. Items not picked up within 6 days of auction closing will be considered abandoned and forfeited. Such items will be disposed of at our discretion without refund to winning bidder. No returns! Shipping is available on indicated lots only. We charge actual shipping plus ahandling fee. Handling fees on "shipping availabe" lots are typically $5 unless otherwise noted in description.
